Large educational toy – puzzles

Of all the orders, there are certain types of work, making which, you get special pleasure. These include a series of puzzle cards from our partners Ukrainian company Uteria. The brand’s products contribute to the comprehensive development of children. Assembling these puzzles is a very exciting and useful activity that helps children develop thinking, memory, attention, fine motor skills, deepen knowledge of history, geography, biology. The complexity of our task in the manufacture of puzzles – its large size – 944 * 672mm, and some segments of the country reach 330 * 250mm. At the same time, for the quality of the game, everything should be perfectly smooth and clearly folded into a beautiful map.

 Therefore, to make a cardboard puzzle, we carefully selected the glue for double-sided lamination, and the liners on both sides were of the same material, laminated with matte film. Careful cutting of puzzles and their subsequent controlled assembly in a package of corrugated cardboard gave a good and really high quality product. This is the case when a well-thought-out technology at the start of the project allows you to be confident in the end result and the manufacturer and the customer!
